Our neon units are covered by a 3 year warranty only when wired and installed on a raceway in our line of production. Once a neon unit was replaced and therefore rewired on a race way, the rest of the neon units of that sign will only have a 90 days warranty after the shipping date of replacement neon unit.

Field assembled neon units are covered for 6 months after the original shipping date on records.

Replacement units will be shipped to customer at no charge after a formal and satisfactory claim has been submitted, processed and it is proven that the neon unit was correctly wired or installed. Customer has 24 hours to report any broken replacement neon unit before a second unit is shipped. Customer has the option to replace a defective neon with a local vendor and forwarding the cost to us, which will be credited towards their next purchase or reimbursed for the cost of the unit at our prices not a the vendor's they used. This does not include refunding, crediting or paying for any labor involved on removing, shipping or installing defective items. Neon units are the only item that will be replaced if they arrive broken as concealed damages and only if reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Customer has 24 hours to report any broken neon units after receiving the sign the first time.
