LED ILLUMINATION COMPONENTS & LED POWER SUPPLIES are covered or backed up by their manufacturer's warranty. Warranties may vary between one and other.

A replacement LED unit or LED Power Supply will be shipped to customer after a formal and satisfactory claim has submitted and processed by customer, directly with the LED manufacturer and after it has been approved by LED manufacturer for the defective item to be replaced and shipped. This may take an undefinate period of time and it goes beyond our control. To expedite the process, it is highly recommended customer contacts the manufacturer for a local distributor. This will cut down the time it takes to properly submit and process a claim, shipping cost and waiting time.

Our warranty does not include refunding, crediting or paying for any labor involved on removing, shipping or installing defective items.
